Podcasts
As is statutorily required for any middle-aged white man in America, I am affiliated with several podcasts.
On the Serious Trouble podcast, Josh Barro and I explore the legal trials and travails of prominent American figures, with a focus on criminal justice, First Amendment issues, and particularly embarrassing or interesting civil cases.
On All The Presidents Lawyers, Josh Barro and I covered the legal tribulations of the Trump Administration and its assorted characters. Though the show has ended you can still listen to the back catalog.
Make No Law was my podcast about important Supreme Court free speech cases, and ran on the Legal Talk Network. It’s some of my best work (thanks largely to the terrific people at LTN) and I’m proud of it.
Publications
I’ve been published, usually on criminal justice or free speech issues.
